Masjid Fatima Alzahra is committed to maintaining a clear, structured, and transparent membership system to serve and protect our community.
1. Membership Authority
Membership is granted only by the Masjid Administration and Board of Executives.
No individual, former member, volunteer, or third party has authority to grant, assign, or approve membership outside of the current administration.
2. Valid Membership Requirements
- It is approved by the current Masjid Administration
- It is recorded in the official masjid records
- Confirmation has been issued through official masjid channels
Any membership not meeting these criteria is considered invalid and not recognized.
3. Unauthorized Representation
No individual is permitted to:
- Represent the masjid without formal authorization
- Grant or assign membership
- Communicate on behalf of the masjid
Any such actions are considered unauthorized, misleading, and a violation of masjid policy.
4. Revocation of Membership or Access
Masjid Fatima Alzahra reserves the right to:
- Revoke membership at its discretion
- Deny or restrict access to the premises
- Take appropriate action to maintain safety, order, and the integrity of the masjid
5. Official Communication
All official communication will only come from:
- The Masjid Administration
- The official website
- Verified masjid contact channels
If there is any uncertainty, community members are encouraged to contact the masjid directly.
6. Important Notice
Any claims of membership or authority made outside of the official Masjid Administration should be disregarded.
Masjid Fatima Alzahra reserves the right to take appropriate action against any individual falsely representing the organization or misleading members of the community.
